The SD card has been updated to the newest version of the video streaming software. We followed along with the video tutorials for creating the 10 minute videos as well as updating the streaming software. When we booted the Pi with the new SD card we went into the directory opt/stream/first-run and ran ./00-all.sh. It returned a few errors saying that it could not resolve 'archive.raspberrypi.org' We are going to attempt a new network to see if that could be the issue. Any insight on this issue would be greatly appreciated.

You shouldn't need to update anything on those new cards, when you flash the sd cards with the latest version of the videostreaming image it is already all up to date with everything that it needs. The file that you tried to run is ran automatically the first time that you plug the sd card into a raspberry pi and power it.
All you need to do to run the videostreaming system from the pi is turn the key to power it.
Then on the ground station side you would use ffmpeg to grab the stream and send it to stream.live
