Hello! We have successfully uploaded V5 to our Arduino but when we open the GUI tracker we get an "Index Error" in the UIs command's prompt. Any ideas?

Hello, we had to take the shield off our Arduino to update it. The Tracker GUI does not see the Arduino. We've checked the COM ports, etc. When shield is on the Arduino it will not take any updates. We're not sure if the V5 sketch properly uploaded. Since the Tracker GUI does not see the Arduino at all I wonder if it truly took the updated sketch through the IDE. We also burnt out our azimuth servo- luckily we have a replacement and it works. We're hoping to avoid burning out another one. Any info on Arduino is welcome! We've poured through the forums and tried everything we found. Hopefully this is a simple fix. Thanks in advance!

It's pretty common to need to take a shield of the Arduino to update it, sometimes the shield takes over the serial port used to update the code. The ground station software determines the COM port for the Arduino independent of the software running on the Arduino. If the COM port is not autofilling, and there are no errors showing, you need to either update the logic in the searchComPorts method of the MainWindow class so that the program can find your Arduino, or you need to find which port it is on and enter it manually.
