I don't remember a 4xx error code.
A little box popped up and it said "Python error" and something like "cannot receive Iridium data" over and over again on the command prompt window and then it disabled the tracker after about 20 of the same error.

Are you putting your IMEI number in the main window of the antenna tracker? If it doesn't have the IMEI number that's the response that is normally generated.

I am now. Our IMEI number is very similar to the default (Minnesota).
I thought it was keeping ours in the buffer, but I have to enter our number every time.

We encountered the same issue with losing connectivity to Iridium. We would get a small window that would pop up in tracking GUI that would say "cannot receive iridium data," and then the iridium check box would uncheck. If I rechecked it, clicked update settings, it would work again for a while. In the 1.5 hours I would say I got the error about 8 times.

We were having the same issue. The error happened several times which cased the system to stop tracking. We ran well past the test time and when no one else was using their tracking system the program ran well.

Those that are having an error message that says "cannot receive Iridium data" can you post your GetData.py file here? There was an older version of that program that had that error and we would like to confirm which version you are using to verify this is the problem or something else.
