We're trying to go one by one with all of our issues, one that has been particularly bothersome is that no matter how great an iridium connection is, we never get data under the "Incoming GPS Data" section of the tracking GUI. Constant updates can be seen on the iridium server but they never appear on the GUI. We have confirmed the correct IMEI number is in the connections tab. We have tried both with IMU Get Local and without IMU North Facing. Any ideas why this isn't updating?

First of all, make sure you've selected Iridium as an autotrack option in the settings tab before you hit update settings, and that you have the internet access box checked.
If this is the case, and your IMEI is correct, then check the prompt for any outputs like "Could not connect to database". We know from experience that we cannot connect to the database from a secured wireless network, such as our university's network.

We found the issue, and judging by some other threads, it looks like this may have also been discovered by others. Looks like there was one line that was added after everyone updated their tracking software. That line is in the GetData.py file and on line 11 it should say "import time". Without this, the program can't process the incoming Iridium data and never shows it in the "Incoming GPS Data" table

That is, which settings need to be changed? We recently acquired a mobile satellite internet connection, and while we can connect to the iridium database from a landline connection, we receive a "Cannot connect to iridium database" error when connecting via the satellite router. Any guidelines for a "proper" configuration for the router would be appreciated.
