Our ground station recently started aligning to a different location than usual when the Maestro is plugged in. I can't seem to find the original instructions for resetting the zero locations for the servos, could anyone point me in the right direction?

Power the servos, and set them to point at their current zero location. Then use a screw driver to turn the screw in the center of the servo gear until they are facing the direction you want. You'll need to loosen the locking mechanism around the screw first, and then tighten it up when you're finished.

We are having the same problem but the hex screw that clamps down around the center of the servo gear is stripped and we are unable to loosen it to move the servo gear. Is there any work-around in software to re-zero? I'm confused about how the zero point changed to begin with.

The zero point can change if the servo gets moved to far around while it's powered off. If the screw is stripped and you're not able to re-zero the servo you can contact Shane here at MSGC about getting that fixed. Unfortunately there isn't really a software fix for this.
