I know before, in order to utilize the entire space of the SD card, we had to go into the Raspberry Pi settings and expand the partition is was using to fit the available storage. After flashing the new image (8/01 update), is it necessary to do this step again? We don't want to run out of storage for our videos to be saved onboard.
Thanks!

The card should expand the first time you run it. Try typing in
df
into the terminal and you should see a large number that looks kinda like ~59,000,000,000, this means that you have your whole card. If you don't have about this much space then something went wrong with setting up and you might need to expand the card. If the card is already expanded and you try to run it again it will just error out at that step of the bootup and move on.
