I am having problems with downloading video via the SSH. It times out and I have a static IP.

When trying to use the sftp in bitvise, or putty, or filezilla?
If it times out that means there is a loss of connection usually. If the batteries get low on the payload side it could be dropping the connection between modems.

I am using bitvise. I can attempt to change the batteries, but they were fully charged when I started this an hour ago. I also have this inside and the signal has not dropped once. It will get around 50% downloaded and then fail.

How large is the video file and is it always about 50%?

65,270,328 this cannot be right...that however is the number by it, and the computer is too slow to operate for me to check.. bytes and no it is not always 50% that is the best I have got. It is around 20 seconds before it times out now.
