Hello All, Ryan from LBCC Space Exploration Team. When we built the ground station during the workshop the feed horn tightened down well with its nut on the back, but the dish remained loose, flopping a bit up and down. The pins passed through the angle bracket nicely and no casting anomalies were observed. Our fix will likely be to use a thin gasket of resin paper (1/16th in.) between the back of the dish and the aluminum angle bracket. This addition should ensure a snug fit between the feedhorn and the dish, correcting the looseness and misalignment. Our academic advisor assures us that this looseness and misalignment is probably of no concern in the 5.8ghz band, however, but we'll do it just for kicks and so we don't have to listen to it clang in the wind. Good Luck to All!, RR
