Ubiquity Modem connection problem after Aug. 3 Update

I set up to see if I could get the ffmpy file to work and I am unable to get a connection between the base station and the video payload. I updated the SD card for the new software on the video payload and I updated the firmware and the settings for both Ubiquity modems. I did give the same name to the modems when I updated the settings. 

When I try to do the video streaming, I only see the power bar on each modem and then the second one flickers, but there is not even a weak signal between them.

I need help debugging this because I don't have any idea where to start.

I was able to log into both modems again. The base station name change was applied, but the payload name change did not.

I made sure both had the same name change and the old way of doing ffmpeg worked.
