So we're running an equipment test and all is fine except we're not seeing our balloon on the new tracking site. (We're Arkansas BallooSAT, team 009j) The iridium modem has solid green lights on GPS, Iridium, and Status. We've verified that we can send cut-down commands (which works fine) but it's just not new site. Are we missing something? IEMI not in the new system maybe? I'm at a loss here

We were just trying a test as well (3 pm EST) and were unable to get any data. We successfully used the new server at our last launch so I'm not sure what's up.

The computer that listens to all the Iridium data is down, we are in the middle of replacing it and hope to be operational by May 18th, 2017
We will keep everyone posted via email or the google calendar.
Sorry for any inconvenience we are working as fast as we can to get the port listener computer up and running.
