Antenna Tracker not getting GPS location from the Arduino

Unable to get GPS location from Ground Station

Checked Data Feed from Arduino using Arduino Studio

Antenna Tracker never seems to get the data.
On looking at Spyder, it is reporting an error

Looking at the Arduino code at github.com/MSU-BOREALIS/AntennaTracker_withRFD/blob/master/GroundStation_UNO_V5/GroundStation_UNO_V5.ino
I see the string is created by:

   Serial.print(GPS.altitude *3.2808);
   Serial.print(",");

   Serial.print(event.orientation.z,2);
   Serial.print(",");
   Serial.print(system);
   Serial.print(",");
   Serial.print(gyro);

   Serial.print(accel);
   Serial.print(",");
   Serial.println(mag);
This appear to match the string I am seeing coming from the Arduino

The python code that is reporting the error is
calibration = int(temp_arduino[8])+int(temp_arduino[7])+int(temp_arduino[6])where temp_arduino is the comma parsed message

Given that Python lists index from '0', this would mean it is adding x,system, and gyro.

I think this looks like a bug as the following looks like their intent was to add the calibration values coming back from the BNO055
these would be temp_arduino[7] temp_arduino[8] temp_arduino[9] and temp_arduino[10]

Thanks Shane, I see you put the AntennaTracker_withRFD into the AntennaTracker Repository. Sounds like a reasonable solution.
Note that since the procedure for setting up the code (setting the IMEI) it would be helpful to describe in the ReadMe
