Hello teams,
Wanted to see who else is tracking with an APRS transmitter in their payload and what your setup was.
We are using a Byonics MT-1000 transceiver that came with a GPS5. We have an Eagle Flight Computer though I couldn't figure out how to hook up the Eagle Flight GPS to the Byonics transceiver (maybe some thoughts?)
Also, I have a handheld Kenwood TH-D72 and set it up to receive APRS although I can see many callsigns except my own when I am transmitting the GPS. Any tips and tricks from those more experienced in the elusive world of HAM is welcome.
Thanks!

We at LSU are using APRS to track. I can get more specifics if you need but we are beaconing on an off frequency at a rate of about 3 seconds. We are using a byonics microtrak Ready to go -HA. On the ground we have a D700 listening on the off frequency and running into a modified ground station that handles our pointing.
