Help w/ Ground Station Tracking Software Update

I'm hoping someone can help me troubleshoot. I am going through the instructions for ground station tracking software update. I’ve successfully made it up to the Pip install (~min 5 of , and through the command prompt, received confirmation that pip installed correctly. However, once I start trying to do the other installs (geonag, pyserial, numpy, and matplotlib), I get a cmd prompt return that says, “’pip’ is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.”
