Hi all, We are currently dealing with 2 main issues regarding the live streaming: 1.) OBS Latency - We were able to get the video to stream to the stream.live website using OBS. We placed a digital timer in front of the pi camera, and there was ~30 seconds of delay before the video showed up on the internet. The lag causes the video to be choppy/pixely. Is this latency caused by poor internet connection? If not, is there a way to fix this frame rate issue? We are using an i-5 processor and Windows 7. 2.) ffmpeg unable to stream - We followed all of the instructions in the youtube video 'Streaming via ffmpeg'. We open the command prompt and navigate to the bin folder within the ffmpeg folder and pasted the following command: ffmpeg -i rtsp://192.168.1.3:8554/ -c copy -f flv – | ffmpeg -f flv -i – -c copy -f rtp_mpegts rtp://localhost:4000 -c copy -f flv rtmp://media.stream.live:1935/live/[b92b8069-84ca-4487-8d5c-cdf3b45c02ee] * we have tried the above command both with and without the brackets around our rtmp key, both to no success. Do we need the brackets? We then get the message shown in the picture at the end of this post. Not sure what to make of this. We are then told the File already exists, so we enter [y] to Overwrite it. Is this okay? We then get the long string of errors about incorrect timestamps that was mentioned in the video. We open up VLC and enter rtp://localhost:4000/ into the network URL, hit play, and no video appears like it did with OBS. Any ideas as to what could be going wrong? Is it possible that it has anything to do with the messages showing up before the timestamp warnings? Thanks a bunch! Attachments:

you do not use the brackets.

As for reference try this:
ffmpeg -i rtsp://192.168.1.3:8554/ -c copy -f flv – | ffmpeg -f flv -i – -c copy -f rtp_mpegts rtp://localhost:4000 -c copy -f flv rtmp://media.stream.live:1935/live/b92b8069-84ca-4487-8d5c-cdf3b45c02ee

We tried it without the brackets and it worked once for about 2 minutes before quitting itself, during which the video didn't update (meaning the video didn't change when we rotated the camera around). It's back to not working... any other suggestions?

We are also having issues getting FFMPEG to work.
We did get the streaming to work through the VLC/OBS system; our stream correctly displayed in VLC, as well as on the site.
The command we used was as follows:
ffmpeg -i rtsp://192.168.1.3:8554/ -c copy -f flv – | ffmpeg -f flv -i – -c copy -f rtp_mpegts rtp://localhost:4000 -c copy -f flv rtmp://media.stream.live:1935/live/9502e413-4090-40b6-89d7-0191c6807142
However, when using this command (which was copied verbatim off of the site with instructions on how to set up the system), the stream will not show up on the site on its own.
Also, for more context on the "Overwrite" issue mentioned by lenegene, the error given is as follows:
Input #0, rtsp, from 'rtsp://192.168.1.3:8554/':
Metadata:
title : Unnamed
comment : N/A
Duration: N/A, start: 3049.951989, bitrate: N/A
Stream #0:0: Video: h264 (High), yuv420p(progressive), 1280x720, 25 fps, 25 tbr, 90k tbn, 180k tbc
File '+ô+ç+¦' already exists. Overwrite ? [y/N]
