Hello all. Today the transfer light (second from the left) on the m5 modem attached to the video pi failed to come on, and we can no longer connect to the pi. We have tried switching out various cables and resetting to no luck. The issue arose despite the video payload being untouched from a previous configuration in which everything works.
We're not really sure what to do, so any help would be appreciated!

Have you tried plugging the Pi into a monitor to see if the ip is 192.168.1.3?
This can bee seen by typing ifconfig into the terminal when the pi is connected to a monitor and keyboard.

Hey guys, I'm from the same team as Nathan, who posted above. We re-flashed our sd card and it works fine now, so my guess is that we corrupted the card by just switching it off. Do we still need to SSH into the Pi to shut it down safely after the update?

If at all possible it's always recommended to ssh in to properly shutdown the pi.
