We are planning on having two sets of M5 modems for our team. Have they been tested running at the same time? Also, does our new set need to be configured? I have some .cfg files that appear to be for the modems.

We are planning on having two sets of M5 modems for our team. Have they been tested running at the same time? Also, does our new set need to be configured? I have some .cfg files that appear to be for the modems. We have not tested multiple modems at the same time. They would be able to be all on the same network. If you want to intentionally change it so they operate on separate networks, all you have to do is to put the modem sets on a different SSID (similar to a different network name). Let me know what you find out. (to change the settings, type in the IP into a browser. If I remember right, the IP for your modems is taped on them) Edit: You can use the .cfg files to load a prebuilt configuration, which is what is available there if you want to use it. Either way you have to log into the modems to change settings. User: ubnt pass: ubnt These are the default logins.
