Currently we have one video payload that will not load the code from putty. The error we get is the connection time out error. We have already been through the connection tests. Both ubiquity modems are connected and such. We did the ping "192.168.1.3" through command prompt and it captures each ping.
At the moment we are at a loss of what could be wrong. This same payload worked when we last had it on but now fails each time we try. Any ideas on what to do to fix this?

You could try plugging it into a monitor and keyboard and making sure that it boots fully.
Also check the pi's IP by typing in: ifconfig
This will show the IP under the section labeled eth0, if it is not what you are expecting you can edit the IP in the /etc/network/interfaces file.
sudo nano /etc/network/interfaces
to open the file and you should be able to see a section that looks like this.
# ------- network settings for streaming over ubiquity ---------- iface eth0 inet static address 192.168.1.3 network 255.255.255.0 gateway 192.168.1.40 # ---------------------------------------------------------------
There will be more stuff in this file LEAVE IT ALONE, the stuff between the pound symbols is all your looking at. If it is wrong for some reason change it so that it looks like that.
